We serve a full dinner at St. Vincent. This is not “wine bar” food, although we do have great bar snacks – our hand-rolled pretzels are the best around, and our colorful, delicious pickled eggs will erase any memories of college-era barroom dares.
Of course there’s meat, like our Dry-Aged Sirloin for Two or Goat Meatballs with Smoked Tomato, but Chef Bill Niles brings a deft touch to vegetarian (and even vegan) dishes as well. Take a look at this knockout Succotash with Padron Peppers from last summer!!
